Rajan Odayar is Vice president, Head of Data Science, Digital Big data insights and Global enterprise management solutions of ProQuest. Rajan has an impressive background in leading information technology organizations through transformation and change, including global experience executing on business strategy, process, technology, and product/service delivery. Most recently Rajan served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Global Corporate Management solutions where he led initiatives in ERP/CRM/BI transformation, big data analytics, Business Intelligence, Billing, Master Data Management. His numerous contributions included the delivery of several Front Office programs including CRM, order capture, Global ecommerce, Global Business Intelligence, Global Enterprise Data Warehouse, EBPS Business Transformation Program and delivering financial savings and efficiencies through effective management of vendor resources. Rajan has also held progressively increasing leadership roles at organizations such as LexisNexis, Procter & Gamble, Siebel, and Oracle. He is also Co-founder of Pilmora Systems He was also part of several LexisNexis leadership board including Game Changers, Digital Culture and Employee Engagement task force. He actively participates in several community services including homeless shelters, orphanage homes and executive advisor to several non-profits. He is an Executive advisor to Midmarket technology Council and Ambassador of Texas A&M computer Science Rajan holds a Bachelor of Engineering, Alumni of Kellogg Northwestern Business School- Exec Mgmt., Alumni of Cambridge Judge Business School- Exec Mgmt., Alumni of Oxford Said Business School- Exec Mgmt., a Master of Computer Science and an MBA from Texas A&M. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has executive management certifications from Columbia Business School, Stanford business school, Babson, Chicago Booth Business School, Harvard Law School and MIT.
